I'm not *surprised* that somehow Shanzer got his birthday to fall on The Most Evil Day of the Year. But, I'm impressed. It takes a LOT to whip the federal government into shape, even if you do have an Evil Will of Iron. They are slackers, in the worst way. Bravo!
